Who we are
Rackplain (白话算力) publishes beginner AI-infrastructure explainer shorts. This policy covers the Rackplain Uploader app used by the channel operator.
What the app does
Rackplain Uploader uses the YouTube Data API only to upload videos and manage the Rackplain YouTube channel owned by the operator.
Data collection
The app collects no user data. It is a private operator tool, not a consumer product that gathers information from end users.
OAuth tokens
Google/YouTube OAuth tokens are stored privately on the operator’s machine and are not shared with third parties.
